How To Best Use Smart Belly Probiotics

Happy family!OK, so now that you've decided to try out Smart Belly probiotics, what's the best way to use them so you get maximum health benefit?

That's a good question, so we're going to give you a few tips...

Tip #1:  Smart Belly probiotics do not require refrigeration, but it's fine if you keep them in the refrigerator.  

If you do keep them outside of the refrigerator, just be sure to store them in a cool, dry location.  If that doesn't describe where you're going to keep them, throw 'em in the fridge just to be sure. 

Tip #2:  You can take our probiotics at virtually anytime throughout the day, but we like mornings best.

Our probiotics have a special time-release feature, so if you take them in the morning, you'll get a steady supply of probiotics throughout the day.  That doesn't mean you can't take them at other times.  It just means we prefer mornings.

Tip #3:  It really doesn't matter if you take them with or without food.

Our steady-release technology means you don't necessarily have to buffer them with food.  However, we do have some customers who prefer it that way.  It truly is a matter of personal preference and experimentation to see what works best for you!

Tip #4:  Our probiotics contain an optimal amount of CFUs for daily use, so just one tablet a day will work great for the vast majority of people out there.

However, if you have an acute problem you're trying to improve, you may want to up the dose just a bit.  Because of the patents we use, a lot more of our probiotics actually survive your stomach acid and make it to your intestines where they're needed most.  So unlike many other inferior products, you don't need 100 gazillion CFUs to see results! 

Tip #5:  The time it takes to start seeing and feeling results varies from person to person.

We have some customers who've told us they started feeling better one day after taking Smart Belly.  For other people it could take a few months.  It really depends on a wide range of factors from your general health status to your diet and exercise levels all the way to your genetics.
