Shipping Policy and Costs

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States or Canada (including APO/FPO, PO Boxes, and US Territories).  In addition, we also ship to most other countries.  Here's how the shipping fee is calculated.

Free Shipping:  As for shipping costs, there are none!  That's right, FREE SHIPPING on all orders regardless of order size.  No promotion code needed.  

Non-US Shipping:   Please note, many governments may charge additional duties and import taxes on our packages that we have no control over.  Please check with your postal delivery service for additional information.

Estimated Shipping Time

Orders received by 2PM MST are generally shipped that same day.  All others are shipped the next business day.

Most orders to US addresses are generally delivered within 3-7 business days.  Canadian orders are usually delivered within 10-14 business days. Most other countries can expect a 10-21 business day delivery schedule, depending on location.

At this time, we do not offer overnight shipping.

Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for ANY reason, you may return it within 60 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping costs).

If you do need to return something, there’s no need to contact us.  All you need to do is send us back the product (opened or unopened—it doesn’t matter) and your packing slip to the address below.  If you don't have your packing slip, just include your name and order number.  It’s as easy as that!

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you'll receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process the request.
